Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (20 ounce) package california-blend frozen vegetables
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- mushroom (optional)
Recipe
- 1 boil first five ingredients for 20 minutes.
- 2 add california blend vegetables and boil for 10 minutes.
- 3 add canned soup and cheese and cook until melted.
