Cilantro-chili Potatoes

Ingredients

- 8 -10 small red potatoes, quartered and unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (packed)
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan cook potatoes in water until tender.
- 2 drain and keep warm.
- 3 meanwhile, in another saucepan melt butter; add garlic, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- 4 add potatoes, chili powder, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- 5 lightly brown and serve warm.
