Chicken Booyah, Wisconsin Style

Ingredients

- 4 whole stewing chicken
- 2 lbs beef shanks
- 3 lbs lamb shoulder
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 cups water
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 large carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 cups green beans
- 10 diced roma tomatoes
- 1 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoom salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 brown all meats.
- 2 add: all vegetables and liquids into pot.
- 3 build a fire under 40 quart stock pot.
- 4 bring pot to a boil uncovered.
- 5 add spices and anything left or brought in to add to pot.
- 6 low simmer for 4 hours.
- 7 stir often and add water to cover everything.
- 8 serve with oyster crackers.
