• 5 lbs russet potatoes
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 wash, peel and cook potatoes until soft.
• 2 combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
