Ingredients

- 5 lbs russet potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 wash, peel and cook potatoes until soft.
- 2 combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
- 3 spoon potatoes into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
