Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 wash potatoes, peel if desired, and cut into wedges.
- 3 place potatoes skin down in a baking dish.
- 4 mix remaining ingredients together and brush over potatoes.
- 5 bake 1 hour.
- 6 add more salt & pepper if desired.
