Celeriac, Potato And Roasted Garlic Mash

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 kg celeriac
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
  • 2 add lemon juice to a bowl of water.
  • 3 peel and dice celeriac and add to water (lemon prevents browning).
