- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced chunky
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
Recipe
- 1 put it all together in a crockpot. cook on low for 10 hours.
