Ingredients

- 1/4 cup green onion, choped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
- 4 cups fiddleheads
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in butter 5 minutes. stir in broth, potatoes, fiddleheads and seasoning.
- 2 cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
- 3 purée in blender.
- 4 stir in milk. serve hot.
