Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 (3 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika, optional
Recipe
- 1 place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan; cover with water.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
