Chicken And Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 -8 large potatoes (boiled and shredded)
• 2 chicken (baked and chopped)
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 (8 ounce) can cream soup
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup scallion
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 saute onions in butter. heat milk, sauted onions, soup, chicken and sour cream.
• 2 in bottom of buttered baking dish place a layer of shredded potatoes. about 1- 2-inches thick.
• 3 pour half of heated sauce over layer of potatoes.
• 4 then add a layer of cheese.
• 5 repeat for one more layer of potatoes and sauce and cheese.
• 6 bake at 350° for 30- 45 minutes covered.
