Corn And Potato Dinner (for Babies)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small potato, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons corn
  • 1 teaspoon herbs (basil, oregano, or thyme)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a small skillet, over medium heat.
  • 2 fry onion and carrot until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • 3 put 1/2 of the carrot/onion mixture into a bowl and set aside.
  • 4 add water potato, and corn to the pan.
  • 5 stir to mix.
  • 6 cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  • 7 add herbs.
  • 8 puree.
  • 9 add reserved mixture to puree, mix well.
  • 10 add water if needed.
  • 11 serve.
  • 12 freeze leftovers in ice cube trays.
