Ingredients
- 8 ounces frozen vegetables
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 pie crusts
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 in a 12x7 casserole dish, layer crust, potatoes, chicken, veggies, sauce and top with crust.
- 2 cut slits in crust for steam to escape.
- 3 bake 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, till bubbly.
