Aunt Susan's Chicken Pot Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 in a 12x7 casserole dish, layer crust, potatoes, chicken, veggies, sauce and top with crust.
  • 2 cut slits in crust for steam to escape.
  • 3 bake 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, till bubbly.
