Baked Potato Casserole

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 potatoes (enough to fill about 3/4 of the dish)
  • 1 green onion (to personal taste)
  • 2 -3 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 -2 cup cheese

Recipe

  • 1 scrub potatoes and cut in cubes. slice green onion and place together with potatoes. put icecube on the side and add a couple of dabes of margarine. cover and bake on 375f for about an hour or until potatoes are tender.
  • 2 cut up bacon and fry.
  • 3 place bacon, a thin layer of sour cream and cheese on top of the potatoes. return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
