- 5 large potatoes, cooked and diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 bunches chopped green onions (, sautã©ed in bacon grease)
- salt and pepper

- 2 pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 f.
