Best Ever Hash Browns Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs lamb sausage (i use 1 hot & 1 mild lamb sausage)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces french onion dip
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 30 ounces hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green onion
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook and drain sausage; set aside.
- 2 combine the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
- 3 put half the mixture in 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 sprinkle sausage over this.
- 5 top with remaining potato mixture.
- 6 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
