Cajun Oven-fried Potato Chips

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 russet potatoes (peeled and sliced diagonally 1/8-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • coarse salt (or use kosher salt)
  • cajun seasoning (use a small amount)

Recipe

  • 1 pat the potato slices dry using paper towels.
  • 2 arrange the potato slices in one layer on two buttered cookie sheets pans.
  • 3 brush the slices with melted butter.
  • 4 bake in a 500 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • 5 sprinkle lightly with cajun seasoning and coarse salt.
