Cajun Oven-fried Potato Chips

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 4 russet potatoes (peeled and sliced diagonally 1/8-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- coarse salt (or use kosher salt)
- cajun seasoning (use a small amount)
Recipe
- 1 pat the potato slices dry using paper towels.
- 2 arrange the potato slices in one layer on two buttered cookie sheets pans.
- 3 brush the slices with melted butter.
- 4 bake in a 500 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- 5 sprinkle lightly with cajun seasoning and coarse salt.
