Cajun Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 500 g russet potatoes or 500 g idaho potatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200 deg c.
- 2 peel potatoes, and cut them lengthwise into 8 wedges.
- 3 place on ungreased oven tray.
- 4 toss potatoes with all ingredients until evenly coated.
- 5 bake for approx 50 mins turning the wedges half way through cooking time.
- 6 serve immediately.
