Cajun Roast Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g russet potatoes or 500 g idaho potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200 deg c.
  • 2 peel potatoes, and cut them lengthwise into 8 wedges.
  • 3 place on ungreased oven tray.
  • 4 toss potatoes with all ingredients until evenly coated.
  • 5 bake for approx 50 mins turning the wedges half way through cooking time.
  • 6 serve immediately.
