Ingredients

- 2 lbs lean beef round or 2 lbs lamb
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 green chili peppers
Recipe
- 1 cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry until brown in oil.
- 2 add potatoes to browned meat together with onion, garlic, salt, chili and enough water to cover.
