Chicken One Pot

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 leek
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 carrots
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 75 ml wine
  • chicken stock
  • handful thyme
  • 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • green beans

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a large pan and fry the leek and garlic gently until softened.
  • 2 add the chicken, sprinkle over the flour and stir to mix. add the carrots, potatoes, wine, stock pot, thyme and 300ml boiling water.
  • 3 cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes until the potatoes and chicken are cooked. season and stir in the creme fraiche. serve with green beans.
