Chicken One Pot

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 leek
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 g chicken
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 carrots
- 400 g potatoes
- 75 ml wine
- chicken stock
- handful thyme
- 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
- green beans
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a large pan and fry the leek and garlic gently until softened.
- 2 add the chicken, sprinkle over the flour and stir to mix. add the carrots, potatoes, wine, stock pot, thyme and 300ml boiling water.
- 3 cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes until the potatoes and chicken are cooked. season and stir in the creme fraiche. serve with green beans.
