Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (16 ounce) bag simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
• 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup half and half light cream
• 2 teaspoons garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 place potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
• 3 pour heavy cream and half and half over the potatoes and sprinkle the potatoes with garlic salt and pepper.
• 4 bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until bubbly and lightly browned.
