Ingredients

- 32 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 medium onion
- 15 ounces cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix everything but the hashbrowns in a large bowl.
- 2 add the hashbrowns.
- 3 bake at 350 for at least 1 hour (until slightly brown and bubbly).
- 4 enjoy!
