Ingredients

• 5 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
• 1/2 cup creme fraiche
• 4 -6 ounces sevruga caviar

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 450.
• 2 spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray.
• 3 put potato slices in a single layer on sheets.
• 4 bake until golden (18-22 minutes), turning at least once.
• 5 let cool.
• 6 top chips with creme fraiche and caviar.
