Caviar & Chips

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 4 -6 ounces sevruga caviar

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 450.
  • 2 spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray.
  • 3 put potato slices in a single layer on sheets.
