- 5 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 4 -6 ounces sevruga caviar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450.
- 2 spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray.
- 3 put potato slices in a single layer on sheets.
- 4 bake until golden (18-22 minutes), turning at least once.
- 5 let cool.
- 6 top chips with creme fraiche and caviar.
