Creamy Ham & Potato Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 small onion (chopped fine)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped fine)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 large russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 lb ham (cooked and diced)
- 14 1/2 ounces cream of potato soup
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups water
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
- 2 in large kettle, put water, bullion, potatoes with onion.
- 3 cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
- 4 blend cream cheese and flour with 1 cup of milk until smooth.
- 5 stir into potato mixture.
- 6 add milk, ham, and can of potato soup.
- 7 bring to boil and boil for 1 minute.
- 8 let simmer until ready to serve.
