Cream Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 9 large potatoes, peeled and halved
  • 6 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
  • 2 mash potatoes until smooth.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
