Baked Lamb Chops In Onion-sour Cream Gravy

- 4 -6 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package lipton onion soup mix
- 2 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 brown chops and move to a 9x13 baking dish.
- 3 leave 1 tablespoon drippings in pan. add to pan the flour and onion soup mix. blend in water. pour over chops in baking dish.
- 4 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- 5 uncover and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
- 6 remove pan from oven.
- 7 remove chops from pan to serving dish and then add in the sour cream to the liquid in the pan to make gravy.
- 8 serve immediately.
- 9 serve with potatoes or noodles.
