Baked Lamb Chops In Onion-sour Cream Gravy

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 brown chops and move to a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 3 leave 1 tablespoon drippings in pan. add to pan the flour and onion soup mix. blend in water. pour over chops in baking dish.
  • 4 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 5 uncover and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
  • 6 remove pan from oven.
  • 7 remove chops from pan to serving dish and then add in the sour cream to the liquid in the pan to make gravy.
  • 8 serve immediately.
  • 9 serve with potatoes or noodles.
