Browned Potatoes With Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled, and cut into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon salt, in a saucepan of cold water

Recipe

  • 1 parboil potatoes in salted water until slightly soft, about 7-10 minutes. don't let them get too soft.
  • 2 spray with pam, or mix with a little oil.
