Browned Potatoes With Roast

Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, peeled, and cut into quarters
- 1 teaspoon salt, in a saucepan of cold water
Recipe
- 1 parboil potatoes in salted water until slightly soft, about 7-10 minutes. don't let them get too soft.
- 2 spray with pam, or mix with a little oil.
