Baked Potato Casserole

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 large baking potatoes
  • 4 green onions
  • 5 slices bacon (fried, crumbled)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 c. reserved)

Recipe

  • 1 wash and bake potatoes.
  • 2 remove skin from the potato and mash.
  • 3 add onions, bacon, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, and butter to the mashed potatoes.
  • 4 top with remaining cheddar and bake at 325° for 15 minuets or until cheese melts.
