Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 large baking potatoes
- 4 green onions
- 5 slices bacon (fried, crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 c. reserved)
Recipe
- 1 wash and bake potatoes.
- 2 remove skin from the potato and mash.
- 3 add onions, bacon, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, and butter to the mashed potatoes.
- 4 top with remaining cheddar and bake at 325° for 15 minuets or until cheese melts.
