Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes in skin until tender. preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all ingredients with mixer and place in baking dish. bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
